Great attendance considering my bad planning during Easter holidays!
Thanks to Leicester City Council for talking about forthcoming apprenticeships in the Housing Team and the currently advertised Craft Apprenticeships advertised. We discussed how we can encourage those with lived experience to apply . Also some good news regarding investment into a further 250 housing units in the city, supporting those in temporary accommodation into safe and secure homes
We had an informative update from Ingeus about the work they do with people on probation and prison leavers Focus on peer mentorship, the Reflect programme supporting 18-24 year old males, inclusive recruitment and gambling support.
