We are again calling a collaborative gathering of Leicester’s services supporting the homeless community in work skills, pre-employment readiness, and employment support. Together, we will review current offerings, identify service gaps, recognise barriers and discuss how to better engage with employers for successful and sustained outcomes.
The focus of this session will be on:
- The gaps in current training, skilling, and employment support
- Practical ways to strengthen collaboration
- How we can better engage and work with local businesses to create meaningful opportunities
