Just want to update you on some slight changes that we will be trialling regarding how we deliver our services within the cl which we believe will bring improvements to how the service is delivered to anyone who is experiencing homelessness within our city.
From the week commencing 26th January 2026 we will be slightly changing the times that we operate. Currently our service is open Monday to Friday from 10am – 4:30pm and can be contacted by calling 0116 454 1008, this number can also be used between 8am – 10am Monday to Friday if there is a homelessness emergency.
Our new operational times following the changes on week commencing 26th January 2026 will be as follows:

| Tuesday | 1pm – 4:30pm |
| Wednesday | 9am – 4:30pm |
| Thursday | 9am – 4:30pm |
| Friday | 9am – 4:30pm |
The service will also be available if there is a homelessness emergency between 8am – 9am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and between 8am – 1pm on Tuesday by contacting 0116 454 1008.
