Nominations:
We now have a online version of the Nomination Form to assists with making referrals:
Pre-tenancy Training Nomination Form (General)
– There is NO criteria/requirement around ‘existing or previous substance use’
– Its open again to any individual/s who ‘have an offer of a tenancy, or have moved into their own tenancy within the last 12 months’
– attendance by support workers is welcome / encouraged if its of help to the client
– clients travel expenses paid and complimentary lunch is provided at each session
