Domestic abuse against men is much more common than you might think. If you have experienced abuse, please do not be afraid, embarrassed or ashamed to contact us. You are not alone and there are people ready to listen and believe what you say.

Our support is tailored to an individual’s requirement. This could mean face to face conversations, video calls, phone calls or email communication.

• Keeping safe
• Housing options
• Welfare benefits
• Legal issues
• Budgeting
• Tenancy sustainment
• Signposting and referrals to other agencies
• Referrals can be made via the referral form on the website, directly to the ADAM Project email address, or by calling the ADAM Project phone number.You can make initial contact by phone, text, or email and we will then discuss the best way for us to support you.
