CFO Evolution is an HMPPS (HM Prison & Probation Service) programme delivered by Ingeus, designed to support people in prison, on probation, or serving community sentences. It provides tailored rehabilitation, skills development, and reintegration support.
The Leicester Hub provides:
- Engagement and support for people traditionally hard to reach
- Skills development and employability support
- Practical help with housing, finances, wellbeing, and social inclusion
- A safe, non-authoritarian space for rehabilitation activities
