Citizens Advice Mediation Service

We provide a Community and Housing Mediation service across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Our goal is to resolve disputes at the earliest possible stage, preventing escalation into formal complaints, legal action, or homelessness.

By offering an impartial, neutral space for dialogue, we help local authorities and housing providers sustain tenancies and build more resilient communities.

There is a fee for this service that we have created to be affordable, accessible and flexible on timings.
