To get an emergency appointment at one of the JDRM practices, you will need to call 111 to be triaged and booked in. While it is possible to turn up directly at the practice, being seen is at the dentist’s discretion and will depend on their availability on the day – so calling 111 is strongly recommended for a guaranteed appointment.
You can register with JDRM practices even without a fixed address. However, if a patient does not have a phone, the practice has asked an organisation supporting them to try to assist where possible in helping them make contact
