• If you are experiencing domestic abuse you can call the National Domestic Violence Helpline on 0808 2000 247 – it is free and open 24 hours per day

• If you are behind with your rent speak to your landlord as soon as possible and check out this guidance on rent arrears from Citizens Advice.
